Since the age of 7, Jonas played soccer with various National Portuguese Soccer Academies and tournaments, including the prestigious “Lopes da Silva” U-15 Tournament for region districts selection.

Jonas took his passion and love for Soccer and Futsal and gave back to the community. He served as a coach at the same academy where he attended as a young player. He coached Futsal and Soccer on Portuguese U-11, U-14, and U-18 teams for several years while continuing to play.

Coach John Queiroz - Technical Director

Futsal Specialist • Multi-Sport Developer • Former Professional Athlete

Born in Goiás, Brazil, John grew up immersed in Brazilian football culture. He played competitive soccer throughout his childhood and became a five-time Goiás State Champion as a futsal goalkeeper before moving to the United States at age 12, where he continued competing through high school.

A lifelong athlete and competitor, he has a diverse sporting background. He is a retired professional MMA fighter, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and a Georgia State Champion wrestler in freestyle, folkstyle, and Greco-Roman. This multi-disciplinary experience has shaped his unique approach to training, mindset, and player development.

He began coaching at just 16 years old and has since worked across multiple sports, focusing on athletic development, strategic thinking, and mental strength. His coaching philosophy centers on teaching the futsal mind—helping players improve movement off the ball, build real futsal IQ, make faster decisions, and understand the strategy behind the game.

Beyond technical development, he is deeply committed to helping young players build strong mindsets, confidence, discipline, and character—on and off the court. His mission is to develop better players, and more importantly, better human beings.

Coach Chris Gasquez

Coach Chris grew up in the Metro-Atlanta soccer community, starting the game at just three years old. As a youth player, he competed with Roswell Santos, Concorde Fire, and later represented Roswell High School on the varsity team.

He graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2017 with a B.B.A. in International Business and spent the following three years working in higher education before transitioning fully into coaching.

Chris began his coaching career in 2020 under the guidance of Boris Fridman at Rush Union, then expanded his experience with roles at AFC Lightning, Inter Atlanta (two seasons), and TOCA Football.

His futsal journey started in 2021 with Atlanta Futsal, where he met Coach Jonas. Under Jonas’s mentorship, Chris developed a deep understanding and love for the game of futsal, adapting his strong soccer foundation to embrace the speed, intelligence, and creativity of the sport.

Blending his passion for education, soccer, and futsal, Chris brings enthusiasm, positivity, empathy, and professionalism to every session. He is committed to teaching with clarity, patience, and high standards—helping players grow both technically and personally.

He is currently focused on private individual and small-group trainings, as well as supporting the continued growth of the JV10 Futsal program throughout the Atlanta area.

Coach Matthew J. Beckham

Matthew Beckham is one of the most experienced and innovative skill-acquisition specialists in American youth soccer and school-based athletic development. His approach blends cutting-edge motor learning science with practical on-field application, producing technically elite, two-footed, cognitively sharp footballers prepared for long-term success.

A committed advocate for evidence-based training, Matthew’s methodologies integrate ecological dynamics, non-linear pedagogy, perception-action coupling, and the latest research in neuroplasticity, contextual interference, and myelination windows. His players develop adaptable skill sets and high-performance habits that translate immediately to real game environments.

Currently based in Buford, Georgia, Matthew serves as the Pre-Academy Director & Head Coach at ALL-IN Soccer Club, overseeing the entire U5–U9 curriculum and coaching staff while directly leading U8 and U14 teams. Before joining ALL-IN, he founded and directed Beckham’s Academy — a series of innovative residency and private-school programs that combined elite skill-acquisition training with academic development for 1st–8th grade athletes.

Across nearly two decades, Matthew has held leadership and coaching roles at every level of youth sport and education, including:

• Athletic Director at multiple K–8 and K–12 schools in Florida and Georgia

• Head coach for championship middle-school soccer (57–3 and 53–0 records), football (from 3–11 to 11–3 and the school’s first playoff berth), and nationally ranked track programs

• MLS Next Academy coach (2012–2015 birth years) at Jacksonville FC

• District-Level Physical Education Program Designer for Broward County Public Schools (178 schools; $3M federal grant)

• Strength & Conditioning and Recruiting staff member for the University of Toledo Football Program

Matthew holds a Master’s in Educational Administration & Supervision and dual-state teaching certification (GA & FL) in Physical Education, Health, Elementary Education, and Educational Leadership. Across 18+ years, he has built a reputation for translating research into repeatable, high-intensity, variable training environments that accelerate player development in ways traditional “play more games” models cannot.

His athletes don’t just succeed in youth competition — they enter professional academies, ODP, USYNT camps, and top high-school programs with thousands of purposeful, well-designed repetitions already embedded. The result: ambidextrous technique, superior game intelligence, and the confidence to thrive at the next level.

Off the field, Matthew is a husband, father, and lifelong student of the game who believes the 8–14 age window is the most valuable real estate in player development.
